Payment Options Available

The City of Bunnell utility customers can utilize:

Pay by Phone - City of Bunnell Utility customers can make a payment by phone 24 hours a day. Call 1-855-589-7814 and follow the prompts. You will need your City of Bunnell utility account number, service address and a debit or credit card.

Online Bill Pay – This gives the City of Bunnell Utility customers the ability to create and update a profile linked to their utility account or multiple utility accounts. The website offers the ability to view account history, check account balances and graphs detailing consumption history.

It is not necessary to contact Customer Service to get started. Once online, the website is setup so customers can register themselves. All you need to get started is an email address, your account number and the last amount paid on the account.

Quick Pay - For customers who do not want to register but still have the convenience of paying online, Online Bill Pay has a Quick Pay feature. Quick Pay allows customers with the account number and the last amount paid on the account to make a payment without having to register. Customers utilizing Quick Pay will not have access to other features that registration provides, such as account transaction history.

Scheduled Transactions Allows City of Bunnell utility customers to store credit card numbers and schedule transactions for utility payments. Notification emails can be sent to the customer reminding them, then alerting them the transaction is complete.

Auto Pay - Allows City of Bunnell utility customers to store credi card numbers and automatically draft the amount due.

Notify - This feature will call Utility customers and remind them when their account is overdue, and what to do to avoid further fees or possibly being cut off. Other uses for this system are being developed.

E-Billing - As an extension of Online Bill Pay, customers can choose to receive their utility bills by way of e-mail. To request your future billing to be sent to you via e-mail, please send an e-mail to Please insure that the e-mail contains the account number, service address, and last payment made on the account. Once received, Customer Service will update your account accordingly, and future billing will be issued as indicated.
